Welcome to the website of "That Gourd Lady", Natalie Kaltenbach. I
became "That Gourd Lady" at the shows I do. When people see me, and all
my painted gourds, they say "There's that gourd lady!".

The gourds you see on this page are only a sampling of what I can do. The
individual gourds are all so different, and each presents a new image to
me. No two gourds will ever be alike. They range in size of about 4 inches
to very large. Some are completely round, and some are long and thin.

All of the gourds are grown by my
family, in our garden, here in
Bellevue, Ohio. After the gourds
are harvested, it takes several
months to dry them. Once the
gourds are dry, they are very
light, and not really fragile. They
ship very well.

I paint a large variety of images
on the gourds. Raggedy Ann and
Andy, Snowmen, Rabbits, The
Wise Men, Scenes, Dancing
Bears and many, many kinds of
Santa's. It's not possible to
show the specific gourd on this
page, because all are different.
Tell me what you want, and I'll
do the best I can to provide you
with a gourd you will be proud to
display.

The gourds range in price from $18.00 up to
$145.00, depending on the size and style of
the gourd you want. All are original pieces of
art, signed by me. No two are ever alike.
