THE GOSPEL ROAD

The following article came to me recently and I contended that I should pass it on. It has been slightly edited and a conclusion added.
DIRECTIONS TO THE FATHER'S HOUSE.
Make a Right onto
Believing Blvd.
Keep straight and go
through the Green
Light, which is none
other than Jesus
Christ.
There, you must turn
onto the Bridge,
which is called
Repentance and
Confession. It is
often over troubled
waters.
At the Bridge, you
must go down under
it and get into the
holy waters of
baptism and contact
Jesus’ blood.
You are now on the King's Highway & Heaven-bound. However, you must keep on keep on keeping on, as you are not there yet.
Keep going for
three miles: One for
the Father, One for
the Son, and One for
the Holy Spirit.
Then exit off onto
Grace Blvd. One must
comprehend this one.
From there, make a
Right turn onto
Gospel Road.
Keep Straight and
then make another
Right onto Prayer
Lane and Bible
Thoroughfare.
As
you go on your way,
yield not to the
traffic on
Temptation Ave.
Also, avoid
Sin Street because
it is a Dead End.
Pass up Envy Drive,
and Hate Parkway.
Also, pass Hypocrisy
Street, Gossiping
Alley, and
Backbiting Blvd.
However, you have to
go down
Long-Suffering Lane,
As well as
Oppression Blvd. and
Tribulations Ave.
But that's all
right, because
Victory Assembly is
straight ahead!
Plainly, don’t get short changed. Let’s be ready to meet our Maker. The Bible teaches in Acts that to avoid hell and gain heaven - one must:
1)
Believe In Jesus As
Savior (16:31) 2)
Repent Of Sins
(17:30)
3) Confess Christ
Audibly (8:37) 4) Be
Baptized In Water
(2:38)
5) Live A Christian
Life (14:22) 6) Be
Active In the Church
(2:47)
