KYOWVA’S MISSION
STATEMENT
By Dr. Hoyt W. Allen, Jr.
Our MISSION is to
fulfill the Great
Commission of Jesus
(Matthew 28:18-20),
within a reasonable
radius of Ironton,
OH, by planting new
churches and
assisting
congregations which
are consistent with
Restoration Movement
principles.
We believe that
every community
should have at least
one New Testament
congregation by
which people can
have the opportunity
to hear the gospel
of Jesus Christ, and
then obey it by
becoming a
Christian. The local
church is able to
extend a fellowship
which every soul
needs to experience.
It is the goal of
KYOWVA to not only
plant new
congregations, but
to assist in
educating the
brethren and share
in various
outreaches, so that
they will become
more productive
workers for the
local church.
It is the hope of
KYOWVA supporters
that from the new
congregations which
KYOWVA “mothers” as
well as the older
congregations which
are assisted, young
people will grow up
and serve our Lord
in their youthful
years as well as
during the rest of
their lives.
KYOWVA is only able
to do the above by
the constant
assistance of our
supporters.
Presently, nearly
$185,000.00 yearly
is needed to keep
the KYOWVA ministry
moving forward. We
currently have more
than a dozen
volunteer workers
who contribute
regularly to the
tune of 100-115
hours weekly of
their time and
talents to the
ministry. Yes, your
help is needed and
appreciated!
